The project "Certification on the standard "ICSQ-775"" was developed by the International Union of
Commerce and Industry. This company is the founder of IASHE. The project "ICSQ-775" is now being implemented by the IASHE Institute of Business.
Certification on the standard "ICSQ-775" has the international status of authoritative scientific-practical and professional expertise of quality of goods, services, technologies, company management systems and professional knowledge and qualifications. Certification is implemented on the basis of the methodology of professional assessment of objects of certification according to the announced scientifically reasonable criteria and objective joint decision-making following its results.
Operative certification - is the procedure of authoritative scientific-practical and professional expertise of goods, services, technologies, business management systems, as well as personal knowledge and qualifications, implemented with observance of general principles of the ICSQ-775 standard certification. At the same time operative certification is characterized by significant liberalization of conditions and facilitation of the certification procedure implementation.
Operative certification is carried out in full correspondence with established rules of the ICSQ-775 standard certification taking the below noted differences into account.
In particular, operative certification is carried out only within the expert assessment category of the «Foundation» level.

Сертификация по стандарту «ICSQ-775» имеет международный статус авторитетной научно-практической и профессиональной экспертизы качества товаров, услуг, технологий, систем управления предприятиями, а также персональных знаний и квалификации. Сертификация реализуется по методологии профессионального исследования объектов сертификации по провозглашенным научно обоснованным критериям и объективного принятия по его итогам коллегиальных решений.
Оперативная сертификация осуществляется в полном соответствии с установленными правилами сертификации по стандарту «ICSQ-775» с учетом предусмотренных ниже отличий.
В частности, оперативная сертификация осуществляется только в рамках категории экспертной оценки уровня «Foundation».
